The company has evolved from a forge serving the agriculture sector into a metallurgy business providing transmission systems and accessories. As an experienced specialist in drive system, this company offers a broad and complementary range of mechanical transmission systems and related parts. They are specialized in the manufacture of non-standard gears.
Responsibilities of the role:
•Programming, setting and operating CNC machine.
•Programming with Heidenhain or Siemens, directly on the machine.
•Tool management
•Working in steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
•Tolerances 0,01
•Measurements of the parts using calipers, micrometers + quality control
•Small series and also single parts are made on CNC machines
•Reading technical drawings
•Maintenance on the milling machine

Jouw vaardigheden & kennis
Background/experience:
•Bachelor Diploma and proven experience as a CNC miller who can read and interpret technical drawings.
•Technical background or trainings like mechanical design techniques, mechanical drawing, etc...
•Experience using programming with Heidenhain and Siemens directly on the machine.
•Good in reading, interpreting blueprints and other technical drawings.
•Able to do the necessary programming directly on the CNC machines.
•Basic maintenance knowledge.
•Bachelor Diploma and proven experience as a CNC miller who can read and interpret technical drawings.
•Technical background or trainings like mechanical design techniques, mechanical drawing, etc...
•Experience using programming with Heidenhain and Siemens directly on the machine.
•Good in reading, interpreting blueprints and other technical drawings.
