Our client, a leading company in the Antwerp region specializing in hydrogen production installations for industrial purposes, is seeking a skilled mechanical fitter to join their dynamic team. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional talent, we are looking for individuals with a strong mechanical background and the ability to work with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components for hydrogen production installations according to detailed technical drawings.
- Perform test procedures to ensure the correct installation of components.
- Work collaboratively with the team to connect mechanical parts to the electrical components responsible for converting hydrogen into electricity.
- Install and set up these installations, often housed within sea containers for ease of transport and placement.

Jouw vaardigheden & kennis
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English.
- Previous experience in the processing industry and machine construction is desirable.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety, environmental practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of English.
