It was created from an amalgamation of leading companies specialized in the development of sports nutrition, dietary nutrition and health nutrition.

The Technical Operator is responsible for the production lines from a technical standpoint, specializing in the adjustment of equipment along the line. The operator is also responsible for installations and ensures the line operates optimally. While doing so, he/she always prioritizes safety, product quality, and production performance.

They are looking for Technical Operators for 2 types of lines:

1.Powder lines: packaging of powders such as: protein powder, shakes, whey shakes and diet shakes.
2.Capsule lines: filling and packaging of capsules such as supplements and vitamins in capsules.


•Supports the production lines with expertise in setting up equipment, such as label machines, seal machines, sleeve lines (steam tunnel and sleeve applicator), neck sleeve applicators, etc.
•Assists in managing the parameters of the production line equipment.
•Anticipates needs and prepares lines in advance to save time when switching between products (e.g., setting up different colors for inkjets, neck sleeve applicators, top label applicators, cap closers, starting sleeve lines, etc.), always in consultation with the Team Leader.
•Helps train operators in using the line equipment.
•Ensures machines/lines remain in good condition and receive the necessary maintenance in collaboration with the technical team and line operators.
•Briefs colleagues in the next shift with a focus on knowledge-sharing.
•Coordinates break times with the Team Leader or line manager of the current line.
•Actively contributes ideas for improvement.
•Reports to the Team Leader and aligns activities and priorities with the team leader(s).
•Depending on staffing and required support, he/she may work directly on a line as part of the team.

•Education in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, etc…).
•Experience with machine adjustments and setup.
•Proven experience within the food industry.
•Good technical understanding and quickly builds experience in terms of setting up, maintaining and working with machines.
•Problem solving and innovation skills: analytically inclined and is fluent with new installations.
•Can work independently and easily sees technical solutions or improvements.
•Notices deviations, malfunctions or need for maintenance.
•Works according to the applicable standards in terms of safety, hygiene.
•Stress-resistant and decisive.
•Strong sense of responsibility
•Knowledge of safety rules.
•Good English knowledge.
