Quality Team Leader

Are you ready to excel as a Contract Logistic Site Quality Team Leader (m/f/x), playing a key role in ensuring quality at a dynamic logistics site? In this position, you will set up, maintain, and optimize the quality management system (QMS) at our Liège location. You'll make sure all internal and external requirements are met, including legal compliance and customer expectations, while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and maximum customer satisfaction.

On a typical workday, you collaborate closely with your quality team, coaching colleagues and providing guidance where needed. You coordinate and conduct internal and external audits, act as the go-to person for all quality-related KPIs, reports, and audits, and maintain contact with customers, authorities, and certifiers. You'll also work closely with the national quality team and site management to drive improvements and handle complaints effectively. In addition, you'll draft and enforce local safety guidelines.

• Professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership quality role, preferably in logistics, pharma/healthcare, or a fast-paced environment


• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus


• Practical knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001


• For healthcare sites: knowledge of GDP, GMP, ISO 13485


• For food/feed sites: knowledge of European food safety regulations


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
