Machine Operator (m/x/f)

This company is a leading manufacturer of armoured joints for industrial floors. They specialize in developing and producing innovative solutions that enhance the performance and durability of concrete floors across various sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, and retail.

Details of the role:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating the decoiler machine, press and robot to make metal sinus profiles.

We are not looking for a forklift operator but a technical operator with experience in the metal industry.

Responsibilities of the role:
•Operating the decoiler + press + robot.
•Production of metal sinus profiles.
•Change and adjust settings in function of the quality and materials.
•Rebuilding the machines for other formats/materials.
•First-line maintenance.
•Quality control and registration.
•Operating the coil-tilting-machine.
•Changing coils.
•Driving forklifts to feed the machine.

Background/experience:

•Technical Diploma/Degree in mechanics, industrial technology, or other = MUST
•Experience operating decoilers, presses, robots, and other metalworking machinery is crucial. This often comes from working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
•Basic maintenance skills for performing first-line maintenance tasks and addressing minor issues to keep machines running smoothly.
•Experience in the metal industry.
•Skilled in driving forklift to transport materials and feed machines.

•Technical Diploma/Degree in mechanics, industrial technology, or other = MUST
