Your Role as a Custom Furniture Fitter and Installer
As a Custom Furniture Fitter and Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of high-end bespoke furniture, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:
- Transport & Delivery: Safely load, unload, and deliver bespoke furniture to different locations, ensuring all pieces are handled with care.
- Precise Installation: Assemble and install custom-made furniture according to detailed technical specifications and drawings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other professionals to overcome any challenges that arise during installation.
- Finishing Touches: Ensure each piece is installed with a flawless, professional finish that reflects the high standards of the company.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction at every stage of the project.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and report any issues or deviations to the project manager promptly to ensure smooth project completion.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional with the following qualifications:

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a custom furniture fitter or installer, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Woodworking Expertise: Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and assembly skills.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans to execute installations with precision.
- Independence: Capable of working independently and contributing to solutions during installations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Driving License: Must have a valid B driving license.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as needed.
