CAD/CAM Dental Techncian (m/x/f)

This company produces thousands of zirconium restorations every year. Most of the work pieces are milled in 3M Lava and Vita YZ. This monolithic aesthetic multi-layered are perfectly matched to the VITA classic color shell.

Details of the role:

The CAD/CAM Dental Technician will be responsible for designing the dental pieces.

Responsibilities of the role:
•Utilize Exocad and 3Shape software to design dental crowns, bridges, and removable prostheses.
•Operate CNC milling machines for precise manufacturing of dental restorations.
•Utilize 3D printing technology for creating dental models, crowns, and bridges.
•Ensure accurate and detailed digital designs for optimal fit and function.
•Apply stains to dental crowns and bridges to achieve desired aesthetic results.
•Match colors accurately to ensure a natural look that blends with existing teeth.
•Collaborate with dental technicians and dentists to meet specific patient needs.
•Follow standardized staining protocols and procedures for consistency and quality.

Background/experience:

•A Bachlor Degree is a must and also an education as a Dental Technician.
•Experience as a CAD/CAM dental technician.
•Proven experience with Exocad and 3Shape software (minimum 2 years).
•Proficiency in operating CNC milling equipment and 3D printers.
•Strong skills in staining and color matching for dental restorations.
•Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•A Bachlor Degree is a must and also an education as a Dental Technician.
