Details of the role:

The Panel Builder is responsible for the making and wiring of the electrical control panels.

Responsibilities of the role:
•Assembling tertiary and industrial distribution boards, control panels, and switchboards.
•Installing the necessary parts and components.
•Performing wiring according to technical documentation.
•Installing and testing all components.
•Connecting the panel to the power grid.
•Independently building an electrical control and regulation panel based on an installation file, diagrams parts and terminal lists, and a panel layout.
•Providing the required materials and equipment.
•Preparing a prefabricated cabinet and the associated mounting plate.
•Placing the parts and components, such as wire ducts, busbars, terminals, electrical components, etc.
•Installing cable trays and other electrical components.
•Performing wiring and labeling.

Background/experience:

•Technical Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
•Hands-on training in electrical work.
•Practical experience with assembling and wiring electrical control panels.
•Experience in industrial or commercial electrical work.
•Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
•Precision in wiring and organizing wires.
•Installing electrical components like circuit breakers and relays.
•Proficiency with electrical tools (wire strippers, multimeters, etc.).

•Technical Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
